AMD Ryzen 5 3600 is in a sweet spot for my CPU budget

I am confused with motherboards b450 boards are under my budget but considering PCI Gen 4 support and future compatibility i am pushing my budget to get b550 boards

My Requirement from board :
Don't want to spend extra if not needed
Wifi and Bluetooth are added advantage i would like to have them specially all new devices require Bluetooth to connect but i do gaming on LAN so wifi is only a plus for me
Good VRM so as system gets old it can still give me decent performance (i wont be overlocking for few years as i am coming from i5 2500k so performance gain on Ryzen 5 3600 is huge)

here are my options : I can spend between 25000 to 30000
ASUS TUF Gaming B550-Plus Wifi (28,000 PKR)
Gigabyte B550 AORUS ELITE (28,000PKR)
MSI MPG B550 Gaming Plus (29,000PKR)
Gigabyte X570 Gaming X (31,000PKR)
MSI MPG X570 Gaming Plus (32,900 Price listed price but in offline market i can get it in like 31000)

Asus , MSI and Gigabyte are most commonly available here

here are link of local site for other options

Solution
Yea, the X570 would be overpriced for that CPU.
I would say TUF gaming is pretty decent, there's B550 M Steel Legend which is a bit less than those and pretty good board, I currently have one runing rock solid 12 core Ryzen, has RGB, pretty good features but you might want to get bluetooth tongle for that, which is pretty cheap.
