Purpose of this build is mutli-tab browsing, Ms office, occasional video-editing and low-end gaming, and movie watching in 1080p.

I'm on a very tight budget. 60-100usd.

1. Please suggest a suitable mobo.

2. What is your opinion about the A320M and the A520M motherboards? Are they compatible with this cpu?

thanks

A520 boards are most certainly compatible with the 5600G out of the box. A320 boards are likely not without a BIOS update, depending on their revision. I'm also not sure if a given A320 board allows for BIOS updates without a compatible CPU.

I recommend looking at A520 boards first. If you can afford it, find something with heat sinks on the CPU VRM.
