what's best to get?

Gigabyte GA 970A D3 or Gigabyte GA 970A D3P??

i saw 970A D3 have a rev 3.0 againts D3P rev 1.0 only.

Revision number does not really matter. It is only needed when minor changes are needed to be made. In this case, I will choose the GA 970A D3P mainly because it has the VRM heatsinks which will help a lot to prevent overheating VRMs.

really? in my understanding, the more revision the more error that needs to be corrected right?

Very true but it looks like the GA 970A D3P is a rather new board since it only has one bios version. This means that it was introduced recently so there has not been any necessary changes yet. I am guess that the other board has been around for a few years so new boards shipped with newer bioses = new revision.
