Motherboard for Xeon x5670

Hey guys,

I need a help for choosing the right motherboard for 2x Xeon x5670.
My budget is low, therefore the cheapest ones are what I'm looking for.

The goal is completing heavy cpu tasks, thank you for the info

Then a http://ark.intel.com/products/36599/Intel-Server-Board-S5520HC or a similar motherboard should meet the requirements. I hope your budget is not too low because you also need a large case and DDR3 ECC UDIMM or RDIMM memory modules.
