i'm planning to buy a VGA GTX 950 2GB for gaming, will it work with motherboard gigabyte GA-G31M-ES2L?

My PC Spec is:
CPU: Intel Core 2 duo 2.8 GHz
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-G31M-ES2L
Ram: 4 GB DDR2
PSU: 380W

will it work? if it not, will it work with GTX 750 2GB?

Most boards that old don't work with the UEFI BIOS on the newer cards.
