Motherboard gets no power!

I bought a Ryzen 1600x, MSI B350M Bazooka, and Corsair Vegence to replace, I already tested my power supply and gpu and they seem to work on my old mobo but I don't even get a light from my gpu on the new motherboard, I already ruled put the ram and cpu gpu and psu I have no idea what the problem could be

Edit/Update: The cpu is the problem, once I took out the chip its getting power, there are 2 bent pins, any way to fix?

You could try straightening out the pins which is quite risky, or just return the CPU.

Did that, worked, black screen, installed it wrong, tried installing it correctly, bent again, corrected it, broke off, time to buy another one in a month ;/
