MOTHERBOARD GIGABYTE B75M-D3H (PROCESSOR i5 -3450)WILL SUPPORT AMD RADEON R9 290 ?

Solution
When I'm not sure I go to pcpartpicker:

It should work just fine! I simply selected the components to confirm or negate compatibility. It appears confirmed as compatible!

that's more on your psu. According to guru3d: http://www.guru3d.com/articles_pages/radeon_r9_290_review_benchmarks,10.html

You should want a psu for the R9 290 to be:

AMD R9 290 - On your average system the card requires you to have a 550 Watt power supply unit.
AMD R9 290 Crossfire - On your average system the cards require you to have a 700 Watt power supply unit as minimum.
AMD R9 290X - On your average system the card requires you to have a 550~600 Watt power supply unit.
AMD R9 290X Crossfire - On your average system the cards require you to have a 800 Watt power supply unit as minimum.

Hope that helps as well though. Anything else?

If you were to add a second R9 290 to your system AMD calls that crossfire. So, NVIDIA their main competitor calls the same thing SLI. It's the same idea with different names. Just good to know for down the road if you want your computer running a 2nd video card; this way now if you haven't bought your components you may consider buying a more powerful powers supply now for needs you may have later.
