[Motherboard] Gigabyte GA-Z97X-UD3H vs. Asus Z97-A vs. Msi Z97-G55

Hello there!

I'm upgrading my PC and can't decide between the following motherboards:

• 
  ■ GIGABYTE GA-Z97X-UD3H
  ■ ASUS Z97-A
  ■ MSI Z97-G55

All of them are similarly priced.
I am going to use the PC mostly for gaming, video editing and massive multitasking. I might want to overclock in the future.
The other parts I've already chosen:

• 
  ■ CPU: Intel Core i7-4790K
  ■ Video Card: AMD Radeon R9 280 OC 3GB

Which one is the best?
Any opinions and experiences will be highly appreciated!
