Hi guys! First of all sorry for my bad English, but i have this question and I hope you can help me:
I have a Motherboard Gigabyte GA970-DS3P Rev. 2.0, usually, when i play any game the temp of the Northbridge goes up to 60c-75c, (Max Temp reached in some parts of GTA V and Crysis 3 (With CPU and GPU usage about 95% both) My sesnor isn´t faulty, the Heatsink is very hot to the touch. Are this temps is safe? Or is too hot for my chipset (AMD 970)? What would you recommend? I hope you can help me! I would appreciate it very much
PC Specs:
CPU: AMD FX-6300 3.5Ghz (No TurboBoost) Stock Cooler
GPU: GIGABYTE GTX 950 WINDFORCE OC
MoBo: GIGABYTE GA970-DS3P
RAM: Kingston HyperFury 8Gb 1600MHz
PSU: EVGA 500B 500W 80+ Bronze
