Question Motherboard gives blink when power button is being pressed but wont boot or anything

Hi,

I used my pc for over 4 months now and havent had a single problem. I got back home and I wanted to start the computer but it didn't start. All it did was giving a red blink near the front panel input on the motherboard, also the cpu fan starts for 0.1 seconds and is being pushed back.

I don't know what to do...

PC:
Motherboard: gigabyte z390
CPU: intel core-i5 9600k
GPU: Zotac gaming Geforce RTX 2060
RAM: 2x8gb Corsair Vengeance
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1tb
SSD: Adata SU800 128GB
CPU-COOLER: Cooler Master Hyper 212

What is your PSU make and model?
Had anything changed?

I would go through each of the steps in this guide as a first port of call to ensure nothing has shifted/dislodged:

My PSU: EVGA 600 BR 80+ Bronze Power Supply

Well the PSU isn't good quality.

Have you covered everything in the guide?
If so, I would remove the GPU and see if you can boot on integrated graphics.

When I normally put the HDMI cable in the motherboard integrated graphics I don't get a screen. I need to check if it even turns on when I remove the GPU but I am skeptical if it will work if I remove it, I will get back to you when I have tried.
