Motherboard giving the error code 64 after switching to a new case

I just switched cases yesterday and once everything was reassembled my computer would boot up,but show nothing on the screen and gave the error code 99. I then plugged in a usb device then the error code 64 showed up. Any suggestions on how to fix this or what to do? Specs:
CPU: AMD FX-8350
MOBO: Asrock 990 FXExtreme9
Ram: corsair vengeance (2x4)
PSU: Antec plus 550 80+ Bronze
GPU: EVGA GTX 660 superclocked
Cooler: Corsair h80i

According to your manual, error code 99 is a problem related to PCI-E devices (i.e., graphics card). Please re-install PCI-E devices or try installing them in other slots. If the problem still exists, please remove all PCI-E devices or try using another VGA card.

Error code 64 is a chipset initialization error. It says to clear CMOS to fix this. See page 36 of your motherboard manual for how to clear cmos using jumpers.

So try reseating your graphics card. If that doesn't fix the problem, try resetting cmos.

I tried both of those already. I put the graphics card in all of the other slots. I also reset the CMOS already. :/
