Motherboard good enough for these GPU's?

hi everyone, i dont know a lot about motherboards, this is the one i have www.puu.sh/1CNh4
at the moment my GPU is HD 6570 and CPU is Athlon II X4 (Quad 3.0Ghz)
i want to update my GPU to either HD 7850 or GTX 660
will my motherboard be ok to handle these strong GPU's?

Your motherboard can handle either of the graphics cards but I don't know if you have a quality PSU with the necessary wattage and/or cable(s) to handle it or not. Also your CPU might become a bottleneck to both graphics cards.

+1 your psu might not be able to handle it, a lot of graphics cards come with molex to 6 pin adapters to help out though you probably want a 500w power supply
