Yes. As long as your motherboard has a PCIe slot, it will work.

Yes. And the PSU needs an 8-PIN PCIe power connector for this GPU.
A 500w PSU is recommande by Zotac

It is compatible, the size of the card may block the slot underneath it though, do you use any add on cards?
