Motherboard graphic ports

Why does motherboards always have graphic ports on the IO? when the people purchasing the motherboards will have graphics cards. secondly are there motherboards made without these ports on the IO?

Not everybody uses or needs a dedicated gpu. Depends on the cpu most consumer level Intel boards will have video ports.

Like me. I dont play games on this.

So I dont really need a GPU. And unless it's cheap most of them here aren't exactly cheap (for a decent GPU)
