[SOLVED] motherboard, graphic,ram for i5 9400f

hi i am from india and going to build a pc with i59400f(bcoz of cheap) but i don't know which MB , graphic card and ram should i use for it
one more thing am also confused between i5 9400f and i5 8400( my friend said that you shoud use 8400 instead 9400f but 8400 is costly almost 4k more.

MY USE IS ONLY PLAYING GTA 5 AND WATCHING MOVIES in 1080P in VLC AND WATCHING VIDEOS IN CHROME ( 15 TO 25 TABS IN ONE TIME {IT'S JUST STUDY MATERIAL DUDE ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)})

And i don't want any kind of lag while watching videos and playing game and bottelneck

I would highly suggest a ryzen 5 3600 or 2600 as the 9400f will struggle with multitasking.

basically the same thing, the 9400F is the would be replacement of the 8400, both cant be overclocked, both are 6 cores 6 theads, go for the cheaper one.

what are you talking about a 4k difference??

also, the 9400 'F' means it has no integrated video, so that means if ur main GPU die you dont have a backup scummy integrated gpu until you get a new dedicated one.

while its like 4%, for the same price id get the 8400 cause the igpu, but just performance wise no matter how low, 9400f

also, speaking of GPU.. whats your budget? i like GTX 1660 ti for your decent 1080p gaming without Ray tracing bling blings and shizzle, or the GTX 1660 for the occasional GTA and studying, it will do

4thousand rupees more for 8400

And my budget is 15 THOUSAND INDIAN RUPPES for Graphics card and 14 thousand INR for motherboard pls suggest me
