Motherboard-Graphics Card Compatibility

Hello! I have recently purchased an old PC, and was looking forward to upgrading its components. Being very new to PC building, i jumped on the forums looking for common issues, and found that the Graphics card i was looking to buy might not be compatible with the PC's old motherboard. The current Graphics card is a ASUS Geforce GTX 650 1GB, which i was hoping to replace with a MSI GTX 1050 TI 4GB. Will it be compatible with the MSI 760G P43 (FX)?

The motherboard might require a BIOS update in order for the GTX1050ti to run, otherwise it will be compatible
