Hi guys! I’m new here and came for some help.

I’m building my gaming pc and i have just bought a brand new H110 d3a motherboard on ebay for a bargain of 30£. (Sounds lucky?)

I have been reading about this and everyone talks about this MB is for mining. I read some articles and it says it can be a really Good for Gaming if you prepare the pc as it should be.

So, i’m planing to be a little in a buget as in UK where i’m based the hardwares are quite spicy.

Should i go for intel 3 or 5 generation ?
Do you guys think it will be a massive difference on the games one to another ? And respective which DDR4 brand should i go for ?

And the last but not the least video-wise ? Which could i go for ?

Sorry for all the question guys, i have been more than 10 years out of the technology area as i’ve been travelling a lot, and very much thank you for your help

The main reason this would be a mining board is because it has a large number of PCIe x1 slots. It does have an X16 slot so a gaming graphics card would work.

That motherboard support 6xxx and 7xxx CPUs. Here is the list of supported CPUs --https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-H110-D3A-rev-10#support-cpu

Budget, resolution and refresh will determine how expensive a GPU you have to have to meet those requirements. 1080p at 60Hz is a different GPU than 1080p at 144HZ.
