Motherboard Hangs on "PCI Bus Initialization" SOMETIMES

So lately I've been having a bunch of issues with my PC getting through POST. Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't. When it does it goes through normally, but that only works when I have my display plugged into my motherboard rather than my GPU. Sometimes it will make it through but even when plugged into my mobo, it doesn't display anything. When it doesn't make it through POST, the error codes I get from my mobo all link to "PCI Bus Initialization". This leads me to think it's something to do with the GPU, but this build has been going on for a few months now, getting more and more frequent until a couple days ago when it started happening every time I tried to boot, except for when it doesn't! I can never make it display anything when plugged into my GPU, even when it doesn't get stuck in POST it doesn't display anything. It could be the motherboard or the GPU, I assume? But a fix? No idea. Anyone have any ideas?

Solution
Did you get the "PCI Bus Initialization" error only when using the discrete GPU? or even you used the onboard iGPU?

Does the PC work fine with onboard iGPU? Also you said "I can never make it display anything when plugged into my GPU, even when it doesn't get stuck in POST it doesn't display anything." So do you check that GPU in other PC? If it works fine in other PC, your MB may has problem. If you don't have other PC to test, go to local PC shop ask for help.

And what is your GPU and PSU? Or do you try use the GPU in other pcie slot, if your MB has more than one pcie slot?
