motherboard has not but memory in dual channel mode!!!!

need advice my Systrem setup

3GHz ht p4 processor
2GB corsair twinX pc4400 pro matched pair memory Pair
Nvidia 6800Gs 256MB G Card
mobo is a fujitsu siemans GA-81848PM
bios award international,inc
ver:F5 FS

i cant seem to get my memory in dual channel mode it says single channal and runs at 400MHZ but this memory In Dual channel mode gots to 550Mhz But i Can Seem To find the SEtting in bios to change it i only have to ddr slots for my memory so it should of bin already in dual channel mode so need some advice

Hello and welcome,

First question is what slots you are putting your RAM in? For Dual Channel you need to have the RAM in slots 1 and 3. If they are in slots 1 and 3 well im out of ideas.

Unfortunately, that motherboard doesn't support dual-channel.

Memory isn't dual channel. Like said, if the motheboard doesn't support dual channel, then you won't get dual channel.
