Motherboard heat issues

I did a PC build, my first one, I have hit snags all along the way.

I have 2 fans in my build, front bottom, rear top. 2 on my video card and a CPU heatsink with a fan.

So, 5 in my case total. yet here are my specs....

why am I running such a high CPU/Motherboard temp?? Is it possible I put too much of the thermal paste?
