Motherboard heat problems

Okay so i adjusted some stuff using "speedfan" but then relised all the stats were going crazy on my computer like getting super hot, so i set the BOIS to default and re booted, I was wondering do these temps seem good also took the screen shots while gaming!!

What CPU are you using then we can list max safe temp and voltage? The temps look fine.

1 TB HARD DRIVE -- 32M Cache, 7200 RPM, 6.0Gb/s - Single Drive

Cool you are in the green with the voltage and temps for the CPU, the rest of the system is fine also. As a rule with that CPU anything under 65c is safe 70c is yellow zone and not recommended. Anything under 1.55v VCORE voltage is ok but I personaly would not push above 1.5v
