Setup im thinking about getting is as follows:

Motherboard -
CPU - Intel Core I5-3570 Processor
GPU - Sapphire HD7870 2GB GDDR5 Graphics Card
RAM - Corsair 8GB (2x4GB) 1600MHz
Hard Drive - Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 1.0 TB Hard Drive
Power supply - XFX Pro 550w Power Supply Unit
Case - Sharkoon T9
Network Card - TP Link TL-WN881ND 300Mbps


I dont plan to overclock system but the would like the option in the future about crossfire, tips on which motherboard to go for around the $120 mark.

It's pretty good.

H77 Asrock Pro4/MVP or z77 Extreme4, whichever is cheaper.

I've been looking at the AsRock Z77 Pro4?

The Extreme4 can crossfire better since it's 8x/8x while the Pro4 has the second at only 4x which would really take a hit on performance.
