Question Motherboard I/O not working

Hello, I’m new to computers and just built my first one in January. I, for the first time since then, pulled out my PC to upgrade it with some new RAM. It was fully functioning before now, but now my Motherboard’s I/O (and my GPU’s HDMI) isn’t working. Everything else works and powers up fine, including Fans (and their respective LED’s) and the LED’s on the Motherboard. Any ideas as to what my problem may be?

How can you tell if the USB ports aren't working if you don't have any display?

Combining RAM that was purchased separately is never guaranteed to work, that could be your issue if you added additional stick(s) to what you had.

You currently have your monitor connected to the graphics card, not the motherboard, right? Try clearing the CMOS.

I can tell the USB ports aren’t working because my Keyboard and Mouse have LED’s and they aren’t lighting up no matter how long the computer stays on.

That is a good point, I’ll try removing the new stick and see if it works then.

Yes, I made that mistake the first time I got my Computer so I’m always extra sure to not do that.

Also, I’m not quite sure what you mean by clearing the CMOS, could you elaborate.
