Motherboard i7 4790

First question - My i7 4790 (non - K) just arrived as a gift from my friend to upgrade from the god awful X4 860K (opinions are opinions, don't attack me), how long do you think the i7 4790 will last?

Second question - It's non K so is a H81 - B85 mother good enough?

1. The 4790 is a great CPU! It will easily last you another 3 years.
2. Any LGA 1150 socket motherboard is good enough.
