Motherboard installation in casing

l am thinking of buying new motherboard for games,l have HP Compaq 6000 pro micro tower now,can l install any other motherboard in it

No. It appears the HP Compaq 6000 Pro MT uses a BTX form-factor case/motherboard. If you look at the rear of the case, the expansion slots are below the rear I/O ports. Today's motherboards are of an ATX/ITX form-factor. The expansion slots of the case would need to be above the rear I/O ports.

I doubt it. Those micro towers from the OEM suppliers usually have custom parts. You may have to order them directly from HP. It may be possible to mount a itx/matx board in there but I'm not sure....
