Motherboard is broken?

I unplugged graphics card, no boot
I unplugged the cpu, no boot
I tried the screwdriver method, not boot
I had no leaks
I plugged my phone into the motherboard and it started charging it?

I'm completely stumped...

Well that means standby power is good and the motherboard's always on USB port is getting power.

Did you try unplugging your new pump? It could be a dead short.
