[SOLVED] Motherboard is fine when checked with display test but it is failing on cabinet

Motherboard is fine when checked in the following way - SMPS power, motherboard with no other accessories attached. I am failing to see that it is getting powered on when put in the cabinet. No parts of motherboard are touching the base or else where.

Check for bend on the motherboard. When installing the MB on the cabinet, It might try to flatten the motherboard which is already slightly bent due to CPU cooler assembly. If this is an old motherboard, this can be due to a cracked path / paths in your board getting disconnected.
