Facing problem from last 4 months. 3 motherboards already gone. CPU debugging lights on but CPU is ok. Last 3 motherboard was MSI Z390 gaming plus. Then MSI Z390 tomahawk(2). After that I have purchased Aorus Z390 Elite. After installing it into pc case when I turn on the UPS button Aorus logo automatically blink ones. Whitout pressing power button keyboard back-lit is on. When I pressed power button cpu debug lights on. After some time automatically pc shut down. Case fan working but there is no rgb. Air cooler fan is working but also no rgb is there.
I have tested with different psu but the problem is same.Motherboard getting power without pressing power button.
Specifications:
CPU: i7 8700
MOBO: Aorus Z390 Elite
RAM: 16 gb Aorus (8*2 with 2 dummy modules)
CPU cooler: Deepcool Gamax GTE RGB Air Cooler
PSU: Thermaltake Smart BX1 650 RGB
Case: Thermaltake varse j24 RGB
UPS: Prolink 1200va
Now motherboard is in warranty. Next time what should I do?

try another psu. or it might be the cpu(it happen sometime)
Tried with 2 psu form the retailers but same problem. Retailer told that cpu is fine. Why electricity passes the motherboard to keyboard without pressing power button? Why Aorus logo lights up after pressing ups power button? System automatically turns off after sometime and turning on.
