Motherboard is Not working

My Pc restart after windows logo so i checked my HDD (Hard disk) in another system there also same problem occur. then am trying to connect another internal hard disk to my system then also it start but restart after windows logo.
So now tell my where is problem i think my hard disk is corrupted then why my motherboard giving same problem to another HDD.

Guys Please Help me....

My Motherboard is intel Desktop board Pentium and my cabinets company is circle so SMPS (power supply unit) is also circle company. my mobo has inbuilt graphics about 512 mb so graphic card is not installed and intel's i3 processor

I would check with another SMPS as Circle doesnt make good PSU and it can fry your whole unit.

But Just now i barrow my friends motherboard (pegatron ipm41-d3 motherboard) and my brand new HDD . now its working fine with that mobo then how can my PSU will be faulty ....??

Check if everything is working in your friends mobo, if yes then your mobo is dead
