I just swaped my mobo for a MSI MPG 7901i EDGE and am worring about the slight bend in the middle. It is mounted in a NR200P case with glass door, that pressure the Noctua U12A air cooler, that in turn pressure the socket part of the mobo and cause a slight bend of the motherboard.
Do you think it is an issue ?

It is an issue, question is how much now and in future, Generally it's no good for anything to be under pressure, Material fatigue and constant expansion and shrinking because of temperatures can lead to cracks and loss of contacts.

Here a the pictures :

The difference is slightly visible on the picture
THAT is very dangerous...sharp metal points (the tips of the cooler's heat pipes) pressing tightly into a tempered glass panel is asking for it to shatter--almost explode even--into a million shards. Go exchange your cooler for a shorter one.

And it's also bad on the motherboard. Bending even a small amount like that in the area of the CPU socket, with over a thousand solder balls that can crack after a few years and a few score thermal cycles, leading to strange and unexplainable problems as they'll be intermittent.

That's true. I swapped the door panel for a mesh one that is not pressing on the cooler.
