If you are putting an incompatible cpu in your board it won't boot.

Ok so its not a new build but one that has developed an issue. Did it suddenly happen, did you make any changes before it occured? Was there any warning signs or causes such as power black outs?

There was a warning about Windows did not start up correctly. I made no changes

I already tested the psu and it seems to be fine (I connected the black wire to the green wire on the 24 pin connecter)
