Motherboard isn't fully connected

Hello, my computer boots up and all the fans turn on, but the monitor isn't getting any signal. This is my build: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/ I am pretty sure none of the usb, or display ports are working, because my monitor isn't getting any signal, and my usb mouse isn't lighting up. On my motherboard there is a "EZ Debug Led", that lights up when things are connected. There are four different ones, CPU, DRAM, VGA, and 800T. CPU and DRAM are lighting up but, not VGA and 800T. I do not know what those two are, except I know that VGA is a cable. I am not sure how to connect those two, please help.

If the CPU and DRAM LEDs remain lit, one or both of those is your most likely problem. Try your RAM sticks individually, and make sure the RAM is fully seated in its socket.

Oh so for my pc to work I want all of the lights to be off?
