Motherboard isn't getting past VGA test

I recently got a motherboard bundle for my christmas gift, it included a ryzen 3 2200g, Gigabyte GA-AB350-Gaming 3 and 1 stick of 8gb corsair vengeance RAM. I installed windows 10 and it was working fine, the next morning I turned my PC on and it simply wasn't getting a display.

I know the display works becuase it works with my laptop. Troubleshooting it I've tried reseating the RAM, turing it on without SATA etc and madd sure all cables are plugged in correctly. If it helps i bought this from CCL and am going to send it back for a replacement if i can't find a fix

If you haven't altered any BIOS setting, then yes, it's better to return it, since under warranty.
