Question Motherboard issue

Hi, i am having i5 3rd gen cpu with gigabyte h61m-s along with msi 1660 ti 6gb graphic card. Psu - cosair vs 550. Ram 8gb ddr3 cosair. On hitting the power button, all fans and graphic card lights are turning on for a min and goes off instantly. I wait for 2-3 mins but still its not working. Need a suggestion where i am wrong.

try with just the igpu?

You may need a BIOS update to run that CPU.

If graphic card power cord is removed, then i am able to get display through igpu without any issues. (tested this for 10- 15mins)

I am not sure that Gigabyte H61-ms is supporting DDR6 graphic card.

vram on the gpu don't matter for the motherboard

Could be the old psu can't handle the gpu
