I recently upgraded my PC from an RTX 2060 to a 5700XT with Corsair Vengance Pro 3600 RAM. After switching GPUs and RAM, I noticed my RAM was running very very slow, so I enabled DOHC in the BIOS, which booted then promptly crashed. After a little thought, I decided to update the BIOS, and I made the mistake of doing it over network. It failed, I had to go through BIOS recovery mode which took a few days. Once I got it working, it was still crashing! I decided to switch my GPU and PSU today to a RTX 2070 and a Corsair RM850 since I believed the crashing was a PSU issue (cheap PSU) and it still crashes when I enable DOHC! Is this a motherboard issue? I have it on warranty so I can replace it if it needs to be.
Edit: not so much bluescreen as more sudden turning off. The entire PC will turn itself off, including RGB, peripherals, everything.
