Question Motherboard issues won’t stop restarting after i change something from bios

I don’t know why but everytime i change something from bios my pc keeps restarting and it won’t stop.I changed my fan speed from bios and it won’t stop restarting and also with the xmp.I have it all default right now .Someone help

I have a b450 tomahawk max
Ryzen 5 3600

Try removing the motherboard battery, with computer unplugged first, for few minutes. Replace battery and see if it will fire up.
