I check the CPU but it was installed correctly, anyway the fan work but nothing else happen.
Motherboard: fatal1ty Z170 professional
Memory: G.SKILL 16GB (2 x 8GB) TridentZ Series DDR4 PC4-25600 3200MHz Desktop Memory Model F4-3200C14D-16GTZ

Solution
Dr Debug is giving a 00 code. Sounds like CPU. Did you plug the CPU cable from the power supply, to the motherboard? It's an 8 pin cable, that needs to be plugged in, in addition to the 24 pin motherboard cable.
So this is a newly built computer? Are you able to get into the BIOS screen? The CPU fan works, which is great, but is it plugged into the correct header on the motherboard? If not, the motherboard won't know that a CPU fan is actually installed. It'll refuse to progress unless it knows that. Make sure it's plugged into the proper head. That specific fan cannot just be plugged into any fan header.

Rcald2000 thank you for your quick answer. I tried to reply to your email but Itcome back to me with wrong adrdress!
Yes, I pluck the fan on CPU fan pin, I noticed that the fan CPU pin on the right of the CPU don't work but when I pluck the the left of CPU the fan at least works but keep to have "00" on Dr Debug and nothing else happen. I also notice that the power switch on the board work to power on the motherboard but don't work to shutoff the motherboard, as it must do.
For now the motherboard is out the case and have only the memory:G.SKILL 16GB (2 x 8GB) TridentZ Series DDR4 PC4-25600 3200MHz Desktop Memory Model F4-3200C14D-16GTZ, plugged on and of course the CPU : Intel I7 6700K. All Brand new with the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO - CPU Cooler with 120mm PWM Fan (RR-212E-20PK-R2). Nothing else is plugged. but cannot pass this code "00". I tried all combinaison with the memory: without memory, with only one stick on all slot, with two stick on bank 1 , bank 2 nothing help. By the way the PSU is Corsair HX5200 & I know it work because it was on the previous build and worked fine.
I guess I have to send back the motherboard & the CPU?
Thank you for your insight.

Yes Rcald2000 was right I realised later that I have to plug the both cables in the motherboard, last time I changed my motherboard It was only the cable of 24 pin. It was for p5deluxe Asus board about 5 year ago.

+Gouelanot Good to hear. To blow your mind even more, some motherboards even have a 3rd (optional) 6 pin power connector. Is it suggested for users that push "extreme" overclocks. MSI Z170 XPower Titanium is an example of a motherboard that has that 3rd connector, in addition to the ATX power connector (24 pin) and ATX 12V power connector (8 pin).

Feel free to share pictures of the inside of your build when it's completed. Sounds like a sweet rig.
