Question Motherboard keeps give me a memory initialization error

I opened my pc to clean it out and check of the ram because it keeps idling at 70%, and when I closed the case and plugged everything in, I won't display anurging and the motherboars keeps giving me an error 55 on the screen on it

Did you move anything else?
Did you touch the contact pins on the RAM? It may be worth cleaning the contacts on the RAM and reinserting.
Did you put them back into the same slots? I.e. Slots 1 & 3 or Slots 2 & 4?
