please help me
have is l3 cache on motherboard.(as internal hardware)
if have which model motherboard

L3 cache is on the CPU not on a motherboard.

Download CPUz from http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html. Run it and it will tell you everything you want to know about the Processor , the caches, the motherboard , memory, memory timings and graphics.
I do believe the Processor has the L3 Caches on it's die and not the motherboard.
But anyways since this happens to look as new to me as to you, you can go ahead and check it out.
