Question Motherboard LED light up and everything is power on, but the monitor wont turn on

I have just purchased a new asus z390-a motherboard and RTX 2060 gpu and i7-9700K cpu 850W psu. After I installed everything i powered it on and every led light was on as it was supposed to, but after a while I realized that the monitor was black and the boot led light was on. It stayed on like that until I powered it off. When I installed the new gpu and got in the bios the pc didn’t recognize the gpu at all. I tried with another gpu and everything works fine. I don’t know why this happens. Could anyone help?
