[SOLVED] Motherboard LED's flash but no output to screen.

All new components. Fans spin up and Motherboard LED's will turn on and off but nothing shows up on screen. This occurred during first four attempts. On the fifth attempt, the BIOS loaded and was able to install windows. Since then, nothing has ever shown up on the screen again. The CPU LED consistently turns on first, then sometimes the VGA or Boot LED will turn on, then they all turn off.

Tried swapping to a different PSU and got the same effect.

If I take RAM out, the DRAM LED turns on and stays on.

Plugged monitor into my laptop and verified that it is still working.

Tried removing CMOS battery for five minutes and also holding paper clip to reset CMOS memory but got the same effect.

Never heard any beeps, even when the BIOS loaded.

Tried plugging monitor cable into Motherboard HDMI and Video Card HDMI, nothing on either.

I don't have an alternate CPU or Motherboard to test with. Not sure if this might be issue with the HDMI out on Motherboard, or system is not passing POST, or something else. Any ideas?

remove everything take it out of the case and try to turn on.
