Motherboard LEDs stay on after computer shutdown

Hi

I've built my new gaming pc yesterday and I've got a problem with it. Every time I shut the pc off my motherboard LED lights will continue to be on. The fans are off but all the motherboard lights refuse to turn off. I personally think its the PSU because everytime if shut the PSU down and back on again the LEDs also turn on. Could this be a bad issue or should I get a new PSU?

Intel Core I5 6600k
Asus B150 Pro Gaming Aura
Cooler Master Seidon 120v ver.2
G.Skill Ripjaws V 16GB DDR4
Sapphire Radeon R9 390
Phanteks Eclipse P400 Case
Lepa B800MB 800 watt PSU

Hi, You can try enabling ErP Ready in BIOS, or setting RGB LED to disabled.

It just does that when powered by any psu.if it doesn't bother you is it no problem.Can look of course at the suggestions made above by alexoiu.
I'm guessing you mean the one green led.

No no. I mean my motherboard has RGB AURA LED lights in it. You can see it right here: https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/B150-PRO-GAMING/
They keep glowing in the rainbow effect and the only way to shutit down is by turning the switch on the psu

The ErP didnt solve anything. The turn off LEDs turn them off completely and I want that feature when the pc is on. I must say that I also have the ASUS suite with a lot of functions

Something about the controll of the rgb led's,

got that from the manual.
