Motherboard light is on but PC not turning on

I have verified that the power switch works (I also tried jumpstarting with screwdriver tip to no avail), that the power supply is not faulty (I got the same issue when using a PSU that is known to work), and that the CPU is seated properly ( I reseated it). I am completely stumped. The PC was recently transported with items crammed inside of them but they shouldn't have shorted anything as they were plastic and paper. I also tried replugging all of the PSU cables to no avail. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

full system spec? include make and model of the psu?

Just tried running it with only one stick of ram, gpu, cpu, and cooler on a box of cardboard and im getting the same result

It was working before. PSU is functional - 750w Thermaltake
Ryzen 1600
Asus Strix b350 mb
Corsair vengance ram 16gb two sticks 3200mhz
Asus Strix 1070

Fixed. Had to reseat CPU, seems a bump during shipping made the cooler rip it from its socket.
