Question Motherboard light is orange flickering but pc won't turn on.

My pc which worked fine yesterday all of a sudden stopped working while I was playing something on it. Now the light om the motherboard is flickering and it won't turn on.
I was playing rocket league.
The orange light doesnt flicker anymore. It just shines. It's on my motherboard right next to my graphics cards slot.
I have 2x Corsair DDR4 Valueselect 1x8GB 2133 C15 ram stick,
AMD Ryzen 3 2200G processor,
2x Aerocool Lightning 12cm - EN51394 front fans,
Kingston A400 240GB SSD,
be quiet System Power 9 600W PSU,
Asus PRIME B450M-A motherboard,
DeepCool MATREXX 55 -Toren Zwart Midi Tower case,
MSI Radeon RX 570 ARMOR 4G OC graphics card.

PC 1 year old. Good condition

Does the following User Manual link match your motherboard?

If so (verify) are you referring to the orange LAN LED as shown on Pages 1-5 and 1-6?

If not that LED then reference a page in the User Manual to identify the LED.

The manual matches, but the led is locaties above part 18
