Motherboard Lights Blinking

Ever since I built my new computer 8 months ago, I've always had just my VGA_LED blink red at startup, then go away, but now my CPU_LED blinks twice, then starts. This doesn't seem like a good thing, am I wrong? What should I do?

make sure the mb bios for the mb is up to date. try another power supply see if it somethng with the power good line not right. the other issue is your ram set to overclock or standard xmp profile. sometimes if the ram or mb set to performace mode and not standard mode it might take the mb one or two short post to set the ram speed right.
