[SOLVED] Motherboard lights remain on after shutting down pc

Hello guys
My motherboard is msi z390 ace and when i shutting down my pc the red lights around the power&reset bottom on my mobo still remain on even the lan cable reconized by my router it sounds like my mobo is kinda on and working so i want to turn my motherboard fully off when i shutting down the pc and i dont know how?
Im seeking for help guys
