Hi, i just tried to turn on my new pc and it didn’t post. The motherboard rgb turns on and that’s it. My motherboard has a dedicated pwr and reset switch so that can’t be the problem. I also installed a new bios since I am running a 3rd gen ryzen on a last gen mobo. Didn’t work. Then I did the power supply test. The fans spin, but I have a weird periodic noise. I recorded it here. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1PCA6-epfLZo7fyd2fBtCP_RC_-ojVsw3/view?usp=drivesdk

Is this a psu issue?

Ryzen 3900x, crosshair vii hero, radeon rx 580, 16gb ddr4.

Gpu and ram have been used before by myself.

So I don’t know what the Removed I did wrong when I installed the cpu, but anyway, it lifted out of its socket when I removed the heatsink. Now it boots.
