So, I have the ASUS TUF Gaming X570-PLUS (WI-FI), but I'm confused. This is my first time building my own PC, but I'm familiar with the process. Whenever I plug in the PC, the RGB lights on the motherboard lights up, but when I hit the power button, the onboard fan spins about one revolution before stopping and nothing else does anything. The RGB lights stay on.

Since I'm such a novice, this totally could be a wiring issue. However, I've tested it with the graphics card in and out, and with one and 2 sticks of 8 GB RAM.

Here are all my components:

Asus TUF Gaming X570-Plus (Wi-Fi)
Team T-FORCE VULCAN Z 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4
AMD RYZEN 5 3600 6-Core 3.6 GHz
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti
Corsair VS450 Watt

The PSU you're working with, is it brand new? If so which colored unit is it? The grey label or the yellow/orange label version? What slots are the rams populating on the motherboard?
I am not totally sure. On the unit itself, there is a grey background on the name of the unit. The PSU is about 1-2 years old.
