Question motherboard lights up but fans not spinning

hi anyone can help me?

i plugged in all the wires correctly but my motherboard lights up. my cpu fan is not spinning and my ram stick does not light up

my specs
motherboard: b450m steel legend
cpu: ryzen 5 3600 w stock fan
ram: adata xpg spectrix d41 16gb 3200mhz

which wires are the one supposedly power the cpu fan and ram sticks?
