Question Motherboard lights up but nothing else happens? PC won't start? Fans don't run?

Hello my PC (ASUS TUF B450M-PLUS Gaming Motherboard, AMD RYZEN 5 2600 6-Core 3.4 GHz, MasterBox Pro 5 RGB ATX Mid-Tower with 3 x 120mm RGB Fans, EVGA 450 BT, 80+ Bronze 450W) will not start. I have made sure that all my power cables are plugged in tightly. I've tried the paperclip test on my CPU and it starts my case fans and lights them up. It's just when I plug my PSU into my motherboard, nothing really happens? My CPU is installed correctly (they fit snug). My motherboard lights up but nothing boots, my fans don't start...I haven't installed a GPU. Could that be a reason? EDIT: Actually it probably isn't that since my CPU has integrated graphics...

It does have an internal GPU, hasn't it? So normally that shouldn't be a problem.

Is there something else you haven't installed - like RAM ?
